Before sending your items, inspect them to ensure they are factory sealed and not expired. Note that we only buy the brands listed in our price guide. If you have other products you'd like to offer, please let us know.
If there are any labels or stickers on the packaging, keep them intact, as we will remove them for you. Damaging the box while trying to remove labels may result in disqualification.
Pack your items securely in a sturdy shipping box that fits them properly. Use bubble wrap, foam padding, plastic grocery bags, or newspaper to protect the items during transit. Reinforce the box with scrap cardboard if needed to prevent movement during shipping.
Seal the box with tape and attach the shipping label we provide to the top of the box.
Once you’ve dropped off the package for shipping, send us a photo of the receipt with the tracking number. We will process your payment within 24-48 hours of receiving your package via Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo. After sending supplies to us a few times we can send payment the day of.
